Shipping and Returns

General Information

All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas, USA

Shipping Times

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days. Once your order is in the mail, here's the typical shipping times
USA: 3-7 business days 
Canada: 8–14 business days
Rest of the world: 8-21 business days

Delivery timeframes do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to process your order within 2-3 working days from the date of your order. Please note that during holidays, processing and shipping times may vary. We appreciate your patience during this time.

After we ship the order, the time it takes to get to you depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information once the order is shipped. 

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and items ordered. 

We don't currently offer next day delivery, as we believe it leads to excessive fuel consumption, energy use and emissions as compared to standard shipping. However, if your request is urgent, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis - please email us at: hello@zerovana.com and we'll try our best to address it.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Just add your order to your cart and go through to the shipping page. If you can't see your country on the list, please email hello@zerovana.com and we'll try our best to get it to you.

Shipping Costs

On occasion, we offer shipping promotions, at which time US customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.

$4.99 Flat-rate shipping otherwise (2-5 business days)

Canada:

FREE Standard shipping on all orders above $99 (Cart Total after any discount/coupon. 8-14 business days). 
$12.99 Flat-rate shipping otherwise (8-10 business days)

Alaska, Hawaii, PR and Rest of the world:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and shipping method chosen.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the order total shown at checkout. International customers will be responsible for all import duties, customs and/or taxes. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. 

Returns, refunds or exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

We, at Zerovana, believe in the value of conscious consumption - we want to encourage people to only buy what they really NEED and research the products they intend to buy. We highly recommend reading product descriptions carefully and if there's additional queries about any of our products, we're always just a click away - use our Contact Us form or email us at hello@zerovana.com. We do our best to respond to all queries within a few hours.

We think that the mindset of 'I want it RIGHT NOW' or 'I can always return it' leads to excessive carbon footprint, packaging waste, fuel and energy consumed in transporting items back and forth. In addition to minimizing your plastic-usage, we hope that you strive for minimal environmental impact as well to achieve zero-impact-nirvana.

In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged or you feel it is not as described, please reach out to us at hello@zerovana.com or using our Contact Us form, along with photographic evidence, within 14 days of receiving the order. We will issue a refund or send a replacement. 

We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. 

We also are NOT responsible for any lost packages once they have been marked 'Delivered'. If you did not receive your package within a reasonable time frame (7-10 business days for Mainland USA orders) after getting the shipping notification, please contact us to let us know and also file a complaint with USPS/UPS and contact your local post office. 


As a buyer, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. We ship all orders directly to the address that is on file with the order. Therefore, we are not responsible for an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered for an order, and the order has already shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility for tracking down the package. No refunds will be given for orders sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being on file with an order. If an order is returned to us by USPS/UPS because of an incorrect address, the order will either be cancelled/refunded (order total minus original shipping and taxes) or the buyer must pay for shipping again, once the package is returned and processed at our store

If your order never makes it to you due to being marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier, please reach out to us. We will cancel the order and issue a refund equal to the order total minus the shipping charges and taxes, once the package is returned and processed at our store.
