Reusable zero-waste Lunch Kit

• The 2-layer steel lunch box is designed to replace single-use lunch baggies and styrofoam takeout/food containers. It has 100% food-grade stainless steel construction making it durable, safe and rust-free.
• The steel round container has a 10 cm diameter and an air-right silicone seal to keep smaller food items and snacks like mixed nuts, berries, crackers or chopped fruits super fresh.
• The natural reusable cotton bag with a velcro closure makes a great replacement for single-use plastic baggies or Ziploc bags to carry your snacks or sandwiches.
• The 12 oz reusable glass coffee cup (Radiant Rose color) is made from hand-blown glass with a silicone lid and sleeve that won't leach chemicals into your drink and is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Cloth utensil wrap is made of reclaimed denim with a cotton tie. Reusable utensils are either 100% bamboo or 100% stainless steel. Straw brush has a flexible steel handle and nylon bristles.

2-layer lunch box and condiment container are 100% stainless steel.

Airtight round container is 100% stainless steel with a silicone seal.

Snack bag is natural reusable cotton fabric with a velcro closure. 

Reusable coffee cup is 100% glass with silicone lid and sleeve

Bamboo utensils can be hand-washed with hot water and soap and dried with a soft towel. Leaving it submerged in water or in a dishwasher may shorten its life.

Utensil wrap is machine-washable. 

Steel straws and stirrer are dishwasher-safe. Do not microwave

Steel round container: The bottom container can be washed in a dishwasher. To prolong life, wash the lid separately and do not put in dishwasher or microwave/oven. 

Steel 2-layer lunch box and condiment container are dishwasher safe - do not microwave.

Cotton snack bag: machine wash cold and hang to dry. 

Reusable coffee cup is dishwasher and microwave safe. 

Single-use plastic cutlery, baggies, cups, straws and take-out containers are incredibly wasteful in terms of energy consumption  - petroleum and fossil fuels being burned to generate the utensils (which causes pollution), packed and transported to its destination (more fuel and energy), used for only about 20 minutes and then thrown into landfill where it will last for hundreds of years. 

Carrying reusable utensils, cups and food containers will minimize all this needless waste by avoiding single-use plastic utensils. 

Bamboo cutlery is 100% compostable. So is the utensil-wrap and the cotton snack bag (minus the velcro closure).

The steel straws, stirrer, lunch box and containers are 100% recyclable with metal recycling. 

Always try to repurpose the wrap and cotton bag before discarding it - use it to store pencils, pens, crayons or jewelry. Try to mend and fix wear and tear from regular use - it's a great mini-crafts project. 

If the coffee cup is dropped/cracked and unusable for coffee, it can be repurposed as a holder for toothbrushes, makeup brushes or loose change. 

Keep a set each in the car, purse or backpack to be always prepared for hunger pangs which seem to come out of nowhere (we all get those) - take outs from restaurants or yummy grub at a food truck can now be consumed sustainably.
